1. Our Services

The Front Desk provides consulting, creative, and strategic support to property owners and hospitality businesses. This may include—but is not limited to—Airbnb and short-stay coaching, digital strategy, branding, design, marketing, pricing analysis, and guest experience consulting.

We may also offer online products, resources, templates, and workshops from time to time.

2. Engagement and Scope

Before commencing any project, we’ll confirm your service scope, fees, deliverables, and timelines in writing (usually via email, proposal, or signed agreement).
No work will begin until written confirmation and payment in full have been received.

Requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are payable upfront before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Once payment is received, your booking or project commencement date will be confirmed. If payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be released to another client.

Late payments or failure to pay will result in work being paused or cancelled without liability to

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our work is highly personalised and time-based, all fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked service, please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, apply your payment as credit toward a future service if notice is provided prior to commencement.

Digital products and templates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, creative assets, and strategies developed by The Front Desk remain our intellectual property. After payment, you receive a licence to use the final deliverables for their intended business purpose. You may not resell, reproduce, or share our templates, reports, or intellectual property without written permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

We rely on your timely feedback, accurate information, and responsiveness to meet agreed timelines.
Delays in feedback, content, or approvals may impact delivery. If a project stalls for more than 30 days without communication, it may be considered complete, and no refunds or additional work will be provided without new payment.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality and will not share any proprietary or sensitive business information without consent. You agree to extend the same courtesy to us regarding our methods, pricing, and processes.

8. Results Disclaimer

We provide guidance, strategy, and creative support, but your business outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. While we aim to help you succeed, we make no guarantees of financial or occupancy results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Front Desk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services, products, or website.
Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
